Managed the behind-the-scenes operations on this late-night Bravo TV talk show for five years, with roles including:
Hiring, training, & restructuring a 6-person production team: 4 PAs, a Jr Production Manager, and Production Coordinator
Overseeing the post-production workflow for all pre-taped episode edits and delivery to Bravo TV network on time for air
Approved and tracked all staff/crew payroll, vendor invoices, & contracts agreements against the show budget
Line Producer for special episode projects (budgeting, scheduling, editing, delivery) to NBCU/Bravo
Building an internal staff website for better production schedule communication and employee resource access
